Can you guess when and where on Sunset Beach this photo was taken of the two young boys?

I think this photo was taken around 1967 where 35th St. is today

On the west end of the beach. The Dunes were not as high as I would have thought. I love the photo of the Bridge with the house on the right side. Do you have any of the bridge open and what year was the bridge photo taken? Also what year was the photo of the boys taken?
